Transfer Billing Account to Another Owner

If you'd like to transfer your billing account over to another owner, you'll need to reach out to our Support team for this. We will retrieve verification info from you to start the process. Then, we'll need the name, email address, mailing address, phone number, password, security question and answer, and payment method desired for the NEW owner. THEN we can finally transfer the account from one owner to the next.

Note: please do NOT disclose the entire credit card number to us over email, if that is how the new owner wishes to pay in future. We can set them up so they can enter in a number on their end, securely.
