Merge Billing Accounts

We can merge two billing accounts to make your hosting packages accessible from one place with a single Customer Area login. We can even move individual packages from one billing account to another. To request an account merge:

  1. Create a ticket to our Billing department

  2. Specify the primary email address for the billing account to which you would like everything moved, and the other email addresses for the accounts you want to merge INTO the primary

  3. Please also the last 4 digits of your billing credit card or your most recent PayPal transaction ID for each account
    Note: If you cannot provide this information, we will require you to verify that you are the owner of all the accounts in a follow-up email.

Once the above steps are completed, we can merge your billing accounts. We will respond to the ticket once the accounts have been merged to let you know when things are completed, or if we have any issues during this process.
